小煤柱沿空掘巷支护技术实践

针对小煤柱沿空掘巷巷道支护困难的问题,以大方绿塘煤矿26 中 06工作面小煤柱沿空掘巷为工程背景,通过现场观测和理论分析,探明了煤层赋存情况及围岩结构,明确了巷道变形破坏的原因为煤岩体强度低、完整性差、支护参数不合理以及动压影响.结合26 中 06工作面的地质条件,提出了优化的支护设计方案和补强支护设计,并进行了现场工业性应用.现场监测结果表明,采用优化的支护设计方案后,巷道顶底板移近量最大为130 mm,相较于原始支护方案下,巷道变形量降低54%左右,巷道变形均在可控范围内,达到预期支护效果,验证了优化设计的可行性和有效性.
Support technology for small coal pillars driving roadway along goaf
In order to address the difficult support problem of small coal pillars driving roadway along goaf,we take the small coal pillars driving roadway along goaf of the 26mid06 working face in the Dafang Lvting Coal Mine as the engineering back-ground.Through field observations and theoretical analysis,the occurrence of coal seams and the surrounding rock structure are explored,and the causes of deformation and failure of the roadway are identified as low strength and poor integrity of the coal-rock mass,unreasonable support parameters,and dynamic pressure effects.Based on the geological conditions of the 26mid06 working face,optimized support design schemes and reinforcement support designs are proposed and industrially ap-plied on-site.The results of on-site monitoring show that with the implementation of the optimized support design scheme,the maximum convergence of the roof and floor of the roadway is 130 mm,which is about 54%lower than that under the original support scheme.The deformation of the roadway is within a controllable range,indicating the achievement of the expected support effect and verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimized design.
