分阶平行支护在岩石巷道快速掘进中的应用

摘要
随着煤矿开采技术的进步,掘进工作面推进的速度和产量也越来越高,对岩巷的掘进速度和效率也有了更高的要求.为解决掘进与支护不平行等问题,以下峪口煤矿22306进顺底板岩巷为研究对象,引进机械化设备来提升其掘支装备智能化水平及单进水平.在保证支护强度的基础上,按照"安全可靠、经济合理"的原则,对22306进顺底板岩巷巷道支护参数进行合理优化,实现了掘支分阶平行作业,大幅度提升了锚杆索支护效率.矿井岩巷月单进水平由102 m提高到241 m,提升了岩巷整体掘进速度,岩巷月进尺跻身至国内先进水平,提高了井下岩巷掘进单进水平.
Abstract
With the advancement of coal mining technology,the advancing speed and output of excavation work face are also increasing,and there are higher requirements for the excavation speed and efficiency of rock roadway.In order to solve the problem of non-parallel excavation and support,the 22306 floor rock roadway of Xiayukou Coal Mine is taken as the research object,and the mechanized equipment is introduced to improve the intelligent level and single-entry level of its excavation and support equipment.On the basis of ensuring the support strength,and in light of the"safe and reliable,and economical and reasonable"principle,the support parameters of the 22306 floor rock roadway is reasonably optimized,which realizes the step-by-step parallel operation of excavation and support,and greatly improves the efficiency of bolt and cable support.The monthly single-entering level of mine rock roadway is increased from 102 m to 241 m,which improves the overall exca-vation speed of rock roadway.The monthly advancing footage of rock roadway ranks advanced level in China,boosting the single-entering level of underground rock roadway excavation.
