摘要

为有效提高煤矿井下水泵房巡检工作的质量和效率,采用智能机器人及自动化监测技术对目前煤矿井下泵房系统进行升级改造.通过可移动无线通信机器人集成各类智能传感及运动设备,所设计系统以移动式机器人为载体,搭载各类有害气体、热成像及可见光等智能传感器,可以实现对泵房内设备温度、现场运行音视频、有害气体浓度等核心参数的多模式动态监控.经实际测试,机器人巡检系统运行可靠、数据采集精度高,经济效益可观,具有一定的实际借鉴及推广应用价值.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of inspection work for mine underground pump house,the existing underground pump house system is upgraded using intelligent robot and automatic monitor technology.All intelligent sensors and movable equipment are integrated via mobile wireless communication robot.The designed mobile robot system is in-stalled with sensors of hazard gases,thermal imaging and visible light to realize the multi-module dynamic monitor of key da-ta,such as the temperatures,operational audio-visual and concentration of hazard gases in the pump house.The test proves that the robot inspection system is reliable with high accuracy of data collection and good economic efficiency,which is of certain reference for other enterprises and is worth promoting.
