Surface deformation characteristics during mining of deep extra-thick coal seams
In the process of deep ultra-thick coal seam mining, problems such as subsidence and groundwater gushing appear in some areas of the surface, which seriously affects the stability of surface buildings and increases the safety hazards of the work and life of surface personnel. Therefore, based on the surface deformation monitoring data of the first mining area in Dongrui Coal Mine of Shanxi Province, the surface deformation characteristics of the second mining area are analyzed by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results show that the surface settlement coefficient is positively correlated with mining yield and negatively correlated with mining height.Under the same mining height and width, the ex-treme value of surface deformation parameter increases gradually with the increase of mining rate. When the regional mining rate is constant, the peak value of surface deformation parameter decreases slightly with the reduction of mining width.Under the same mining width, the maximum surface slope increases with the increase of mining rate and mining height.
