Experimental study of gas-water mixing pressure permeability-enhancing technology in low permeability coal seam
The geological conditions of Xiaobaoding coal mine is extremely complicated,and the gas content of coal seam is large with poor air permeability,which leads to the low efficiency of coal seam drilling and extraction.Based on the mecha-nism of water pressure pre-cracking,we put forward the permeability-enhancing technology of gas-water mixing pressure,and determine the permeability-enhancing process and parameters of the technology.After the implementation of gas-water mix-ing pressure permeability-enhancing technology,the extraction concentration of coal seam borehole increases by more than 3 times,the pure amount of extraction increases by 4~6 times,the overall decrease of coal seam gas content is 43%~46%,and the average decrease is more than 45%.Through the technology,the treatment time of coal seam gas disaster can be greatly shortened,and the problem of mine mining-tunneling replacement tension can be solved.It provides a guarantee for mine safety production.
