盾构渣土分析及处理研究进展综述

盾构法作为隧道施工的重要方法,被广泛运用于城市、山岭隧道等工程建设之中,盾构渣土作为隧道施工主要废弃物,若长时间堆放,将对周边生态环境构成极大的危害.因此,对盾构渣土进行研究与处置具有十分重要的现实意义.从传统盾构渣土颗粒分析方法、基于数字技术的盾构渣土分析以及盾构渣土的处置与利用3方面进行剖析.具体包括对筛分法、激光粒度仪法进行了现状列举分析,随后针对颗粒的图像获取以及颗粒图像的分析进行了阐述,最后基于渣土带来的环境问题以及国家政策的支持,结合目前的渣土利用现状,总结了渣土的再利用方式.以期对渣土进行快速分析并进行资源化利用,为后续渣土处理技术的研究提供参考.
Review of research progress on the analysis and treatment of shield tunneling debris
As an important method of tunnel construction,shield method is widely used in urban,mountain tunnel and other engineering construction.Shield debris as an important part of tunnel construction waste,if stacked for a long time,it will cause great harm to the surrounding ecological environment.Therefore,the research and disposal of shield debris is of great practical significance.This paper analyzes the traditional shield debris particle analysis method,shield debris analysis based on digital technology,and the disposal and utilization of shield debris from three aspects.Specifically,the current situation of screening method and laser particle size meter method was enumerated,and then the image acquisition and particle image a-nalysis of particles were elaborated,and finally based on the environmental problems caused by debris and the support of na-tional policies,combined with the current status quo of debris utilization,the reuse mode of debris was summarized in order to quickly analyze the debris and make resource utilization.Our study will provide a reference for the subsequent research of debris treatment technology.
