摘要

常村煤矿开采3号煤,煤层瓦斯含量高,涌出量大,上隅角瓦斯超限严重,通过采用沿空留巷Y型通风方式解决瓦斯问题.为确保上隅角瓦斯不超限,通过煤层底板岩巷穿层钻孔预抽瓦斯,保证工作面安全生产,实现抽掘采平衡.将2305、2306工作面联合布置,共用一条底板岩巷作为沿空留巷回风巷及抽采巷,通过理论计算、地质条件及实验分析,计算出合理的岩巷位置,确保首次、二次回采时巷道不变形.结果表明,相比煤巷(回风巷),可降低修巷费用,且系统布置简单,具有良好应用前景.

Abstract

No.3 coal is mined in Changcun coal mine,the gas content in the coal seam is high,the quantity of gas emission is large,and the upper corner gas exceeds the limit seriously.In order to ensure that the gas in the upper corner does not ex-ceed the limit,the gas is pre-extracted by drilling hole in the rock roadway of coal floor,and the safe production of working face,and realize the balance of extraction and mining.2305 and 2306 working faces are jointly arranged,sharing a floor rock roadway as goaf-along returning roadway's return air lane and extraction lane.Through the theoretical calculation and exper-imental analysis of geological conditions,we determine a reasonable location of rock roadway,ensure the roadway cannot be deformed during the first and secondary mining.Compared with the coal roadway(return air roadway),the cost of roadway maintaining is reduced,and system layout is simple with a good prospect for application.
