摘要

高产高效是评价煤矿综合效益的一个重要指标,受煤层采掘破坏的影响,应力荷载向巷道一侧或顶、底板某个位置转移或集中,造成巷道变形或垮塌等问题普遍存在.为消除采煤过程中老顶应力荷载向巷道一侧转移造成的围岩弱化变形,提出超前爆破切顶卸压工艺,设计深孔预裂爆破的爆破工艺及炮眼的合理布置参数,对关键层进行定向预裂爆破.爆破切顶的实施表明,该工艺可实现应力荷载路径的有效切断,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制.

Abstract

High production and high efficiency is a important indicator for evaluating the comprehensive benefit of coal mine.Affected by the failure of coal seam mining,the stress load tends to move toward or concentrate on certain point of roadway side or roof and floor,causing the deformation of roadway or collapse.In order to eliminate this problem,the author puts forward the technique of advanced blasting top-cutting pressure relief,designs the resealable parameters of deep-hole prefracture blasting processes and blasting hole,and carries out directional prefracture blasting for key strata.The blasting top-cutting implementation shows that the process can effectively cut the path of stress load and control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
