仰采煤柱面分源注液态CO2惰化防火技术

容易自燃矿井工作面回采期间"两巷、两线和两隅角"为防火的重点区域,其中"两线"中的始采线和终采线防火尤为关键,也是防火的薄弱阶段.常村煤矿现阶段为残采阶段,正回收的21煤柱工作面受冲击地压灾害、采深、巷压、工程地质条件复杂等客观因素制约,再加之煤层发火周期短,工作面回采期间防火任务重.回顾以往工作面在初采、停采和撤除等时期均发生过自燃事故,考虑到初次回采仰采煤柱工作面与走向长壁工作面的差异性,研判、对比了注N2和CO2惰化优劣性,最终,决定采取注CO2新防火技术方案,结合矿井实际,在近2年的摸索实践中对CO2压注工艺进行优化和创新,演变了一套采空区分源压注CO2防火工艺,在该工作面安装、初采和长期停采等关键阶段均发挥了出色的防火效果,降低了发火风险,保证了安全生产,并由义煤公司制定了一项注CO2防火技术规范,已推广应用.
Liquid CO2 injection inerting fire prevention technology on upward coal mining pillar face
The"two roadways,two lines and two corners"of the working face during the mining period of spontaneous com-bustion-prone mine are the key areas for fire prevention,in which the fire prevention of the initial mining line and the min-ing-stop line in the"two lines"is especially critical,and also weak stage of fire prevention.Changcun coal mine is now at the mining stage of remnants,and is recovering 21 coal pillar working face affected by impact ground pressure disaster,min-ing depth,roadway pressure,engineering geological conditions and other objective factors,coupled with short coal seam fire cycle and the heavy task of fire prevention during mining of working face.In light of the occurred spontaneous combustion accidents in the past during the initial mining,stopping mining,withdrawing and other periods,and taking into account the differences between the initial mining of upward coal pillar working face and the strike longwall working face,the advantages and disadvantages of injection of N2 and CO2 inerting are investigated and compared.Eventually,the new fire prevention technology of injecting CO2 is adopted,and combined with the actual conditions of mine,and the past two years of experience and practice,the CO2 injection processes have been optimized and innovated,and a set of CO2 injection fire prevention tech-nology for goaf evolved,which has played an good fire protection role in the key stages of installation,initial mining and long-term mining stop of the face,reducing the fire risk and ensuring safe production.A CO2 injection fire prevention techni-cal specification for Yi Coal Company has been formulated with wide application.
