Optimization and transformation of washing process in Zhangjiamao coal preparation plant
The optimization and transformation of washing process in coal preparation plant is always a key issue in coal in-dustry.This paper is based on the importance of the optimization of washing process and some key aspects of the coal prepa-ration plant in Zhangjimao Coal Mine.Firstly,the optimization of process flow is the key to achieve efficient coal washing.By improving the steps of screening,flotation and heavy medium separation,the purification rate of coal can be increased,the gangue content can be reduced,and the product quality can be improved.Secondly,the pressure on the de-medium screen and separator is reduced by increasing the desliming screen.The secondary slime of gangue has been improved by the addi-tion of a special separator for dealing with thin medium in gangue section.Finally,by optimizing the dosing system and filter aid during feeding,the permeability of filter cake was increased and the working efficiency of filter press was improved.The monitoring results show that the optimization of washing process in Zhangjimao coal preparation plant improves product qual-ity and reduces cost.
