针对山西某矿现用掘进机掘进作业存在自动化智能化水平偏低,掘进效率低的问题,对其进行自动化改造.改造后的系统结构,具备关键功能以及截割应用程序.工业性试验表明,改造后的掘进机可进行全自动控制截割,自适应截割;可根据截割工况,结合截割电机负载情况,掘进机液压系统压力状况以及截割电机工作负载情况,对掘进机截割臂的摆速以及配套的滚筒转速进行自动调控,从而促进掘进机掘进作业的自动化、智能化应用.
Automatic transformation and industrial test for mine tunneler
In light of the low automatic and intelligent level and low tunneling efficiency of the existing tunneler in a coal mine of Shanxi,an automatic transformation was carried out.After the transformation,the system structure of the tunneler is of key functions and cutting application program.The industrial test shows that the transformed tunneler can perform auto-matically controlled cutting and adaptable cutting.According to the cutting operational conditions,and combining the electric motor load,tunneler hydraulic system pressure and cutting motor load conditions,the swing speed of cutting arm and the running speed of supporting roller of tunneler can be automatically adjusted to realize the automatic and intelligent operation of tunneler.
