In order to further improve the intelligent degree of coal mine transportation system,a conveyor safety control ap-plication system is developed using AI intelligent identification technology.Based on the structure composition and imple-mentation functions of the system,the coal flow load identification and monitoring system can intelligently judge the load of the transport machine and identify foreign bodies,which can quickly identify and detect foreign bodies,coal flow load and scraper chain break in different coal flow scenarios.Corresponding safety control measures are proposed,and the intelligent detection,intelligent warning and automatic control of coal flow during coal transportation in fully mechanized mining face are realized.The field application results show that the conveyor safety control application system runs stably,can realize the intelligent identification and detection of each coal flow scene in the transportation system,and ensure the safe operation of the transportation production link.
