为了确定唐口煤矿6315工作面采空区遗煤自燃风险范围,对自燃"三带"在不同条件下的分布范围进行分析.以综采采空区为研究对象,利用PFC颗粒流数值模拟软件和FLUENT流场数值模拟软件,建立综采采空区三维空间氧气浓度、流速数学模型,对采空区内部无法直接进行观测的内部流场、气体浓度等进行了模拟计算,得出唐口煤矿6315工作面长度在190 m左右时,工作面采空区自燃"三带"的分布规律.在进风侧,散热带为0~75 m,氧化带为75~88 m,窒息带为88 m以后;在回风侧,散热带为0~35 m,氧化带为35~89 m,窒息带为89 m以后.
Distribution of spontaneous combustion"three zones"in goaf of 6315 working face of Tangkou Coal Mine
In order to determine the risk range of spontaneous combustion of abandoned coal in goaf of 6315 working face of Tangkou Coal Mine,and analyze the distribution range of"three zones"under different conditions,this paper takes fully mechanized goaf as the research object,and adopts PFC particle flow numerical simulation software and FLUENT flow nu-merical simulation software to establish mathematical models of oxygen concentration and flow rate in three-dimensional space in fully mechanized goaf.The internal flow field and gas concentration that cannot be directly observed inside the goaf are calculated,and it is concluded that the"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of Tangkou Coal Mine 6315 face,when the working surface length of fully mechanized mining is about 190 m,are as follows:on the air inlet side,the dispersion zone is 0~75 m,the oxidation zone is 75~88 m,and the suffocation zone is 88 m~∞;On the return air side,dispersion zone:0~35 m,oxidation zone:35~89 m,suffocation zone:89 m~∞.
