Experiment and application of new gas extraction hole sealing material
In view of the low early strength of cement-based materials for gas extraction and sealing hole in coal mine,the common cement-based materials and additives are compounded,and the optimal components are selected and analyzed by orthogonal test,and the mechanical property test and field test are carried out.The results show that when NaA1O2 is 0.8%,Na2SO4 is 0.4%,NaCl is 0.4%,TEO A is 0.05%,AMPS is 0.8%,and aluminum powder is 0.1%,the compressive strength of cement-based materials in the early strength group is 400%of that in the base group,and it can be increased to 200%in the three days;the compressive strength of composite cement-based materials is 6.73 MPa.Under the same condi-tions,the reference group is 4.89 MPa.At the same time,the composite cement-based material has better sealing quality and adaptability than before.The expansion rate of sealing material is increased from 0.1%of ordinary cement-based sealing material to 10%,which significantly improves the sealing efficiency and gas extraction rate.
