深埋大断面巷硐群围岩控制技术实践

针对深埋大断面巷硐群围岩控制问题,以某矿为工程背景,分别建立单一大断面巷硐、大断面巷硐群数值计算模型,对巷硐群围岩变形、应力分布、塑性区分布、锚杆(索)承载状态进行分析,并对支护效果进行验证.采用间排距800 mm ×800 mm,φ22 mm ×2 400 mm锚杆对巷硐浅部围岩进行加固,5 200 mm × 140 mm × 10 mm的T型钢带加φ21.8 mm × 8 300 mm锚索将加固的浅部围岩锚固和悬吊在深部围岩中,巷道支护完成后进行全断面喷浆的锚-喷联合支护形式.支护效果表明,该方法可以有效控制巷硐群的围岩变形,保证围岩的稳定性.
Surrounding rock control technology of deep buried large cross-section roadway group
In response to the problem of controlling the surrounding rock of deep buried large cross-section roadway group,numerical calculation models for single large cross-section roadway and large cross-section roadway group were established.The deformation,stress distribution,plastic zone distribution,and anchor(cable)bearing state of the surrounding rock of the tunnel group were analyzed,and the support effect was verified.The results indicate that using a spacing of 800 mm × 800 mm,φ22 mm ×2 400 mm anchor rod reinforcement for shallow surrounding rock of roadway,5 200 mm × 140 mm × 10 mm T-shaped steel strip with φ21.8 mm × 8 300 mm anchor cable will anchor and suspend the reinforced shallow sur-rounding rock in the deep surrounding rock.After the roadway support is completed,the"anchor spray"combined support form of full section grouting can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway group and ensure the stability of the surrounding rock.
