重复采动影响下回采巷道支护设计及效果分析

回采巷道受重复采动影响下的支护较为困难.以新疆龟兹煤矿为工程背景,针对重复扰动下01工作面的回采巷道支护设计进行优化,将01下顺槽主要经历的采动影响阶段分为巷道本身掘进阶段、02工作面回采阶段、01工作面回采阶段.根据龟兹煤矿01下顺槽的特点,结合龟兹矿井A5及A6煤层的支护方案、相似开采技术及地质条件下的回采巷道支护方案,提出3种优化后的支护方案.通过对3种支护方案在01工作面回采阶段的支护效果进行数值模拟,得出各支护方案下01工作面下顺槽应力分布规律、巷道变形特点,最终确定优选的回采巷道支护方案.研究方法为回采巷道支护设计提供了 一种新的思路,可为提高巷道支护的稳定性和安全性提供一定借鉴.
Design and effect analysis of mining roadway support under influence of repeated mining
It is difficult to support the mining roadway under the influence of repeated mining.Based on the background of Qiuzi Mine in Xinjiang,this paper optimizes the support design of the mining roadway on 01 working face under repeated disturbance.The main mining influencing stages of 01 lower crossheading include:tunneling stage of roadway itself,mining stage of 02 working face and mining stage of 01 working face.In view of the characteristics of the 01 lower crossheading,combined with the support scheme of A5 and A6 coal seams in the mine,and similar mining technology and mining roadway support scheme under geological conditions,this paper proposes three optimized support schemes.Through the numerical simulation of the support effect of these three support schemes in the mining stage of 01 working face,the stress distribution law and roadway deformation characteristics of 01 working face under each support scheme are obtained,and the optimal support scheme of mining roadway is finally obtained.This study provides a new idea and method for the support design of mining roadway,and has important guiding significance for improving the stability and safety of roadway support.
