Influential factors of near-distance coal seam roadway excavation and technology optimization
In view of the phenomenon that it is difficult to excavate,the roof is easy to be broken,and the two sides are easy to collapse under the goaf of the coal seam.The analytic hierarchy process and field test of roadway surrounding rock de-formation were used to study the influential factors and supporting technology of roadway excavation in the near coal seam of Xiayukou Coal Mine in Hancheng Mining Area.It is concluded that the importance of roadway rapid excavation factors is in the order of roadway excavation technology B2>surrounding rock geological factors B1>labor organization mode B3>road-way excavation equipment B4>mechanical failure B5,among which roadway excavation technology and surrounding rock ge-ological factors are the main influential factors.The support mode of anchor net cable+U-shaped shed was proposed,and the surface displacement of the 23306 lower air inlet way was observed through field test,and the results shows that the sur-face displacement of the roadway in this section could be basically stable and the deformation was significantly reduced,and the deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway did not exceed 450 mm,and the deformation of the two sides did not ex-ceed 350 mm.This support mode can realize the deformation stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and provide reference for the safe and efficient production of mines under similar conditions.
