不同阶段煤层气开采废水处理工艺优化

煤层气在开采过程中会产生大量的废水,对环境造成不可忽视的污染.为实现煤层气开采过程中废水的无害化处理,减少环境污染,针对不同阶段煤层气开采废水的特点,分别提出了不同的优化处理工艺.对于钻井废水,提出采用"Fe/C微电解-H2O2耦合工艺"工艺进行处理;对于压裂废水,提出采用"微电解+Fenton氧化法+絮凝"工艺进行处理;对于排采废水,提出采用"混凝沉淀+离子交换+除气+反渗透"工艺进行处理.工艺优化之后,不同种类污染物的去除率均有了明显提升,满足相关排放和用水要求.
Optimization of wastewater treatment process for coalbed methane extraction at different stages
A lot of wastewater would produce during the process of coalbed methane extraction,causing environmental pollu-tion.In order to achieve harmless treatment of waste water during coalbed methane extraction and reduce environmental pol-lution,different optimized treatment processes have been proposed based on the characteristics of coalbed methane extraction wastewater at different stages.The results show that for drilling wastewater,the"Fe/C microelectrolysis H2O2 coupling process"is proposed for treatment.For fracturing wastewater,the"microelectrolysis+Fenton oxidation+flocculation"process is proposed for treatment.For drainage wastewater,the"coagulation sedimentation+ion exchange+degassing+re-verse osmosis"process is proposed for treatment.After process optimization,the removal rates for different types of pollu-tants have significantly improved,thus meeting relevant requirements for discharge and water use.
