转载机槽体耐磨层冷装配工艺设计及实践

转载机中部槽由槽帮、中板、底板组成,中板长期磨损,直接影响着设备的使用寿命,长期焊接维修会导致整个槽体性能降低,且存在较大的质量风险,影响煤矿的正常生产.采用一种耐磨强度较高的NM500钢板镶嵌到NM360钢板中,不但增加了耐磨使用寿命,同时避免长期的焊接高温对槽体的危害,还可以实现井下快速更换维修,避免了槽体耐磨层磨损完后升井维修的复杂工序.通过地面整机设备联合运转,模拟井下相关参数,将冷装配的耐磨层槽体对接到设备中进行试验,运转4 h后停机检查,试验过程运行平稳,未出现卷边、卡链、耐磨层跳动等现象,几乎零磨损.耐磨层更换时,只需2人站在两边,同时用撬杠在翘点用力翘起即可实现更换,从而实现槽体的快速修复.
Cold assembly process of wear-resistant layer of loader slot body
The middle slot of the loader is composed of the side of the slot,the middle plate and the bottom plate.The long-term wear of the middle plate directly affects the service life of the equipment.The long-term welding maintenance results in the lower performance of the whole slot body,with a large quality risk,affecting the normal production of coal mines.By u-sing a wear-resistant high strength of steel plate embedded in NM500 steel plate NM360,not only increase the wear-resistant life,at the same time,it can avoid the harm of long-term high-temperature welding to the groove body,and also can realize the quick replacement and maintenance underground,avoid the complex working procedure of lifting the equipment from the shaft after the wear-resistant layer of the groove body has been worn out.After running through the combined operation of the whole equipment on the surface,simulating the relevant parameters in the shaft,and docking the cold-assembled wear-resist-ant layer slot body into the equipment,the experiment is carried out.After running for 4 hours,the machine is stopped for in-spection,the experimental process runs smoothly,there is no curling,chain and wear-resistant layer jumping phenomenon with almost zero wear.When the wear-resistant layer needs to be replaced,only two people stand on different sides,and at the same time,a crowbar is used to raise it up at the warping point to realize the replacement.
