Development of double/four welding gun equipment and application of three machine slot body
The slot body of scraper,crushers,and transfer machines(referred to as three machine slot body),as the core coal passing components of fully mechanized mining equipment,are subjected to harsh wear and tear damage,and their serv-ice life directly affects the safety and stable production of coal mines.However,the re-manufacturing and maintenance of the wear and tear on the middle plate,bottom plate,and w-shaped side groove edge of the three machine slot body,mainly com-posed of single welding gun overlay welding equipment,face problems such as large welding workload,high labor intensity,and harsh operating environment,which urgently require improvement and transformation.We have realized simultaneous welding and re-manufacturing of four wear-resistant belts on the middle and bottom plates of the three machine slot body by upgrading the dual/four welding gun equipment and matching control systems,greatly improving the welding and re-manu-facturing efficiency of the slot body.The automatic repair welding of the wear-resistant belt on the bottom plate has been a-chieved through the welding gun positioning system,significantly improving the welding and re-manufacturing quality of the"T"-type groove bottom plate.The dual/four welding gun overlay welding equipment has been successfully used in the Bin-chang Production Service Center,and the efficiency of single shift slot maintenance has increased by four times compared to the original single welding gun mode.
