Impact of abusive supervision on safety performance of miners in coal enterprises
In order to explore the action mechanism of abusive supervision in coal enterprises on miners'safety perform-ance,we introduced work engagement as a mediating variable and psychological resilience as a moderating variable, and con-structed a moderated mediation model.Based on 301 valid samples obtained, the research hypothesis are verified by SPSS 26 and AMOS 24.The research results indicate that abusive supervision has a significantly negative impact on safety perform-ance of miners;Work engagement plays a partial mediating role in the process of the influence of abusive supervision on safety performance of miners;Psychological resilience not only significantly moderates the negative correlation between abu-sive supervision and safety performance of miners, but also significantly moderates the mediating effect of abusive supervi-sion on safety performance of miners through work engagement.By reducing the incidence of abusive supervision, increasing miners'work input and enhancing their psychological resilience, the safety performance level of miners can be significantly improved and the occurrence of safety accidents can be reduced.
