Support technology of steeply inclined roadway in Wudong Coal Mine based on numerical simulation
Aiming at the selection of reasonable support technology for steeply inclined coal-rock interlayer roadway,the nu-merical simulation experiment method is used to analyze the stress field and displacement field distribution law of the road-way surrounding rock of the original support scheme and three enhanced support schemes,and the stress characteristics of the bolt and anchor cable.The reasonable support technology suitable for steeply inclined coal-rock roadway is given,and the optimal support scheme is evaluated by monitoring the roadway deformation and U-shaped steel.The numerical simula-tion results show that:under the reinforcement effect of"bottom anchor bolt-grouting"in the roadway,the displacement of the two sides reaches 0.38 m,the roof and floor move closer to 0.47 m,the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled,and the horizontal stress and vertical stress is significantly reduced.It is recommended to carry out"bottom an-chor bolt-grouting"reinforcement support on the basis of the original"anchor rod+anchor cable+anchor net+steel belt+shotcrete combined"support.On-site monitoring shows that the"bottom anchor bolt-grouting"two-sides reinforcement has the smallest deformation,the convergence speed is significantly reduced,and the reinforcement effect is better than the bot-tom angle anchor rod or grouting only.The stable support of the steeply inclined coal-rock roadway is achieved.The research results provide a reference for the stable support of steeply inclined coal-rock inter-layer roadways.
