寺河煤矿西三盘区大巷煤柱稳定性分析

以寺河煤矿西三盘区为研究背景,通过数值模拟软件,研究不同工作面在回采推进速度、工作面采高以及工作面长度等因素下,大巷保护煤柱内的超前支撑应力分布特征与塑性区演化规律.结果表明,随着工作面回采推进速度的增加,工作面前方煤体内超前支承压力峰值、应力集中系数逐渐增大,压力峰值距煤壁距离不断减小,但工作面前方煤体塑性区范围减小;随着工作面采高的增加,工作面前方煤体的应力峰值与塑性区范围逐渐增大;工作面长度的增加,会导致工作面前方煤体应力峰值略有增加,但增加幅度较小,而工作面前方煤体的塑性区范围保持不变.
Stability of coal pillars in main roadway of Sihe Coal Mine's western third panel area
Taking the west third panel of Sihe Mine as the research background,numerical simulation software was used to study the distribution characteristics of advanced support stress and the evolution law of plastic zone in the protective coal pillar of the main roadway under different factors such as mining advancing speed,mining height,and working face length.The results show that as the mining speed of the working face increases,the peak pressure and stress concentration coeffi-cient of the advanced support in the coal body in front of the working face gradually increase,and the distance between the pressure peak and the coal wall continuously decreases,but the range of the plastic zone of the coal body in front of the working face decreases.As the mining height of the working face increases,the stress peak and plastic zone range of the coal body in front of the working face gradually increase.The increase in the length of the working face will lead to a slight in-crease in the peak stress of the coal body in front of the working face,but the increase is smaller,while the plastic zone range of the coal body in front of the working face remains unchanged.
