Backup redundant protection technology of steel wire rope for mine hoist
In light of mine hoist being prone to the operation safety problems of over-rolling,shock vibration,rope-breaking fault, etc.,the author studied the mine hoist rope backup redundancy protection technology, analyzed the mine hoist structure form and common fault type, and established the mathematical model of mine hoist rope vibration and impact.Based on the mathematical model, the hoist rope vibration and impact control mechanism was explored, and the anti-impact redundant pro-tection device was proposed. The braking process non-cascade loading was achieved using intermediate roller two dimension-al motion, greatly improving the operational stability of the steel rope.In order to verify the rationality and application effect of the design scheme, the JKMD-2.84 hoist was tested in a coal mine. The results showed that the braking force was contin-uously loaded. When the broken rope safety accident occurred, only 2.68s was taken to achieve effective braking, and the maximum speed fluctuation of the braking process was 0.6 m/s.The fluctuation speed of the rope is very small during the operational process, and the effective catch of the rope is realized when it's broken, thus avoiding the internal energy release and ensuring the safety operation of the equipment.
