薄煤层高精度透明地质模型构建与应用

陕煤黄陵矿业双龙煤矿智能工作面建设过程中,由于薄煤层开采作业空间有限,严重制约了智能化采煤装备的运行效率.为此,在综合分析地质条件的基础上,对工作面进行高精度透明地质模型构建工作,提高智能综采精细化程度.在综合地质勘探资料的基础上构建地层模型、断层模型,并结合巷道写实动态更新地质模型提高精度,保持回采前方50 m范围内地质模型顶底板精度在0.2 m左右,并结合截割工艺下发地质参数,为薄煤层智能精准开采提供了依据,减轻了井下工人的工作强度,从而提高了工作效率.
Building and application of highly-precised apparent geologic model for thin coal seam
During the construction process of the intelligent working face of Shaanxi Shuanglong Coal Mine,the operational efficiency of intelligent mining equipment is severely restricted due to the limited operational space of mining of thin coal seam.Based on the comprehensive analysis of geologic conditions,we carried out the building of highly-precised apparent geologic model to boost the precise degree of intelligent mechanized mining.The strata model and fault model were estab-lished based on the comprehensive geologic exploration data,and combined the practical situation of roadway,the geologic model was dynamically updated for improving the precision,keeping the precision of the geologic model roof and floor is within about 0.2 m within the range of 50 m in front of mining.Our study provides reference for the intelligently precise mining of thin coal seam,thus reducing the working intensity of miners and improving working efficiency.
