Due to the poor water quality conditions in the mines of Binchang Group,the hydraulic support pin shaft and its installation holes are severely corroded,which makes the disassembly of the pin shaft very difficult,requires high labor in-tensity from workers,and poses difficulties for the overhaul and disassembly of hydraulic supports.This has seriously restrict-ed the overall maintenance progress.Therefore,we have conducted multiple research and improvements on the disassembly process of hydraulic support pin shafts.The methods evolved from the earliest manual impact on the pin shaft or pushing the moving hammer to impact the moving hammer rod and pull the pin shaft for disassembly,to later using a self-made mechani-cal impact hammer to strike the pin shaft or cooperate with the moving hammer rod to pull the pin for disassembly,and then use a device to perform the pin disassembling,thus solving the difficulty for disassembling the pin shaft.
