Study on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of New Urbanization and Industrial Structure in Shanxi Province
In order to deeply explore the coordinated development of new urbanization and industrial struc-ture in resource-based areas,taking Shanxi Province as the research area,the evaluation index system of new ur-banization and industrial structure is constructed based on the socio-economic data of Shanxi Province and cities from 2005 to 2020.Through the use of comprehensive development level evaluation method,relative develop-ment degree model,the coupling and coordination model obtains the space-time evolution characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of new urbanization and industrial structure in Shanxi Province.The re-search results show that the overall coupling coordination level of Shanxi Province has developed from near imbal-ance to good coordination.However,at this stage,local governments still focus on primary coordination and grudging coordination,and there is a certain gap from good coordination.From the perspective of time scale,the level of coupling and coordinated development of cities in Shanxi Province is on the rise as a whole;From the perspective of spatial characteristics,the level of coupling and coordination development is developing in a bal-anced direction,and the spatial differentiation of coupling and coordination levels is obvious,generally showing the spatial differentiation characteristics of"high in the middle,low around","high in the east and low in the west".
