Change of Land Use and Its Driving Forces in Tai-Xin Integrated Economic Zone
Analyzing land use change and its driving forces in the research area can provide scientific evi-dence for land development and management.Taking Tai-Xin Integrated Economic Zone as the research area,Basing on the 4-period Landsat imagery data of 1990,2000,2010 and 2020,using the dynamic index and PLUS model method, this paper has explore the temporal and spatial changes of land use from 1990 to 2020 and its main influencing factors. The results showed that:First, grassland, woodland and cultivated land are the main land use landscapes in the research area.Second, the landscape area of construction land continues to increase, while the landscape areas of other land use types fluctuate.Third, the landscape change rate of land use types is significantly different:the change rate of construction land is the highest, and the dynamic index of construction land and woodland shows a positive change. Finally, the authors have found that the main driving force of land-scape change of land use types in the economic zone is socio-economic factors.
