Research on the Evaluation of National 5 A Level Scenic Spots in Shanxi Province Based on Online Reviews
Collect the online reviews published by tourists from the tourism websites as data samples,and evaluate the National AAAAA Level Scenic Spots in Shanxi Province by using the attention-satisfaction analysis model and text analysis method.The results show that:(1)The online attention of tourists in the scenic spots is basically the same as the chronological order determined by themselves as"5A-level",showing an obvious"long tail effect";(2)The three scenic spots with the highest satisfaction are Yungang Caves,Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon Baquan Gorge,and Wutai Mountain;(3)In the competition of the National 5 A Level Scenic Spots in the province,Wutai Mountain and Yungang Caves are in a competitive position;Royal Prime Ministers palace and Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon Baquan Gorge have certain development potential;The Ancient City of Pingyao needs to improve tourist satisfaction;Yanmenguan Scenic Spot,Hongdong Big Sophora Tree Root-seeking Sacri-fice Garden Scenic Spot,Jiexiu Mianshan Scenic Spot and Yunqiu Mountain Scenic Spot are in a relatively disad-vantaged position;(4)Tourists'perception mainly focuses on four aspects:tourist attraction,location division,tourist service and experience,and overall impression.And the perception is basically a positive impression.
