Study on Metabolism Characteristics and Spatiotemporal Differentiation of High Quality Development in Transformation of Shanxi
Based on emergy analysis,this paper builds ecological economy evaluation index system of Shanxi to analyze the output efficiency,investment rate,environmental load rate,sustainable level of Shanxi from 2000 to 2020,and reveals metabolic characteristics and spatial and temporal differences of 11 cities in Shanxi.The results show that:(1)The total emergy use in Shanxi rose from 7.35 × 1022 to 1.02 × 1023,and the proportion of non-renewable resource emergy showed a significant increase.Accordingly,the environmental load rate rose from 5.8%in 2000 to 16.9%in 2020.To some extent,the transformation of high-quality development failed to achieve obvious progress,and the ecological and economic system showed an unsustainable development situation.(2)The ecological economic system in Shanxi Province has obvious spatial distribution imbalance in the sustainable development potential,showing a ladder distribution from the center to the periphery.The sus-tainable development potential of Taiyuan is in the leading position in the whole province,followed by Yangquan and Shuozhou.While Yuncheng and Linfen,located in the southern region of Shanxi,not only face great pressure of economic downturn,but also have a long way to go in terms of sustainable development and transformation.
