Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots in Rural Talent Revitalization Based on CiteSpace——Based on 2018～2022 literature
Talent revitalization is the foundation and key of rural revitalization,and is crucial to rural con-struction and development.Using the CiteSpace document metrology tool,this article analyzes 840 valid docu-ments with the theme of"Rural Talent Revitalization"included in the CNKI database from 2018 to 2022,mining information such as the number of publications,research authors,research institutions,research hotspots,and development trends,with the aim of clarifying the research overview and changes in the field of rural talent revi-talization,and improving the practical guidance of theoretical research.The research results show that the re-search on rural talent revitalization has experienced three stages of development:"starting development flourish-ing",with the overall volume of published documents continuously rising,and the research force mainly concen-trated in universities and research institutions,but the cooperation network between authors and institutions still needs to be strengthened.Background research,object research,path research,and goal research on rural talent revitalization have been hot topics in recent five years.Future research also needs to expand research perspec-tives,deepen research content,innovate research focus,enrich research methods,improve the credibility and accuracy of research,and further guide the development of practice.
