钢桁梁桥具有跨度大和强度高等优势,其作为一种钢结构构件被广泛应用在公路和铁路的桥梁结构中.由于跨径大以及桥位高等问题,在施工过程中会存在较高风险.研究跨既有线钢桁梁大桥顶推施工关键技术及其应用效果.以某省单跨双线跨高铁钢桁梁桥作为施工对象,根据现场施工条件设定钢桁梁预拱度,按照《铁路桥梁钢结构设计规范》设计构件.在顶推施工工艺设计中,选择混凝土简支梁搭建安装平台,将导梁与滑道整合为一体计算荷载,通过分析不同参数条件获取应力值,对导梁与滑道进行架设.在节点逐次安装方式下对钢桁梁顶推架设,实现跨既有线大桥施工.实验将施工阶段划分为三个部分,分别对主梁和导梁的节点位移进行监测,在本文方法应用下可以保证位移在30 mm以内,具有应用价值.
Key Technology and Application of Steel Truss Girder Bridge Jacking Construction
Steel truss bridge has the advantages of long span and high strength.As a steel structural compo-nent,it is widely used in highway and railway bridge structure.Due to the large span and high bridge position,there will be high risk in the construction process.The key technology and application effect of steel truss girder bridge jacking construction are studied.Taking the single-span double-span high-speed railway steel truss bridge in a province as the construction object,the precamper of steel truss beams was set according to the site construc-tion conditions,and the components were designed according to the"Code for Design of Steel Structure of Rail-way Bridge Beams".In the jacking construction process design,concrete simply supported beams are selected to build the installation platform,guide beams and slideway are integrated into one body to calculate load,stress values are obtained through analysis different parameter conditions,and guide beams and slideway are erected.The steel girder is pushed up in the way of successive joint installation to realize the construction of the bridge across the existing cable.In the experiment,the construction phase is divided into three parts,and the joint dis-placements of the main beam and guide beam are monitored respectively.Under the application of the method in this paper,the displacement can be guaranteed within 30 mm,which has application value.
