中国城市绿色技术创新的时空格局演变及驱动因素分析

基于绿色专利申请数据,采用箱线图、泰尔指数及空间趋势面分析等方法对中国地级以上城市绿色技术创新的时空格局演变特征进行分析,在此基础上运用面板回归模型识别其驱动因素.结果表明:①2001年-2019年中国绿色技术创新水平整体提升,呈现出由低水平均衡转向高水平非均衡的演变态势.②绿色技术创新的区域间差异和区域内差异有所下降,区域间水平差异是造成空间非均衡的重要原因.③绿色技术创新水平在空间上表现为东南高、西北低的分布格局,黄河中下游、长江三角洲等地区绿色技术创新高水平集聚态势加剧,绿色技术创新呈现多极化发展,且水平较低的城市围绕着水平较高的城市呈辐射状分布.④经济发展、产业结构、对外开放、R&D经费投入、数字经济均对各地级市绿色技术创新的发展产生不同程度的驱动效应.
Research on the Spatial-Temporal Pattern and Influencing Factors of Green Technology Innovation in Chinese Cities
Based on the data of green patent application,box diagram,and spatial trend surface analysis method,Theil index were used to analyze the spatial-temporal pattern of green technology innovation in prefec-ture-level and above cities in China.On this basis,the driving factors were identified by ordinary panel regres-sion model.The result shows that:① From 2001 to 2019,Chinese green technology innovation level was signifi-cantly improved,but the difference between East and West was obvious.The overall imbalance was first aggrava-ted and then eased,showing an evolution law from balanced development to unbalanced development to balanced development.② The overall imbalance is mainly due to the differences between regions,and the differences be-tween regions and within regions show a downward trend.③ The overall level of green technology innovation is high in the southeast and low in the northwest,The trend of high-level agglomeration is intensified,Green tech-nology innovation presents a multi polarization development trend,and cities with low level are distributed radial-ly around cities with high level.④ Economic development,industrial structure,opening up,R&D investment and digital economy all have positive driving effects on the development of green technology innovation.
