山东省黄河流域工业生态安全时空演变及预测研究

通过对黄河流域山东段工业生态安全进行评价和预测,为该地区工业生态安全可持续发展提供参考依据.构建基于压力、状态、响应框架的工业生态安全评价指标体系,结合熵权法和综合指数法对2012年-2021年流域工业生态安全进行评价,最后采用RBF神经网络对该流域2022年-2027年工业生态安全水平进行科学预测.结果表明:(1)黄河流域山东段九市工业生态安全呈上升趋势,其中东营和济南处于最高水平;(2)各地空间上存在一定差异,中北部安全程度优于南部;济南、东营辐射作用变强,带动各市发展,各地之间差距逐渐缩小;(3)RBF预测结果显示2022年-2027年九市工业生态安全整体呈现上升趋势,各地之间差距进一步缩小.
Spatio-temporal Evolution and Prediction of Industrial Ecological Security in the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province
By evaluating and forecasting the industrial ecological security in Shandong section of the Yellow River Basin,the paper provides a reference for the sustainable development of industrial ecological security in this region.An industrial ecological security evaluation index system based on pressure,state and response framework was constructed,and the industrial ecological security of the basin from 2012 to 2021 was evaluaed by combining entropy weight method and comprehensive index method.Finally,the industrial ecological security level of the basin from 2022 to 2027 was scientifically predicted by using RBF neural network.The results show that:(1)The industrial ecological security of the nine cities in the Shandong section of the Yellow River Basin is on the rise,among which Dongying and Jinan are at the highest level;(2)There are some spatial differences,and the safety degree of the north is better than that of the south;The radiation effect of Jinan and Dongying has become stronger,driving the development of various cities,and the gap between different places has gradually narrowed;(3)RBF prediction results show that the industrial ecological security of the nine cities shows an overall upward trend from 2022 to 2027,and the gap between different places is further narrowed.
