Optimization of Quantity Control of Natural Resource Elements Under the Pattern of Ecological Security——Take Heshun County,Shanxi Province as an Example
Bottom-line thinking is an inevitable requirement for the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity in the new era,especially in the optimization of natural resource management and control.Taking Heshun County as an example,this paper proposes a natural resource element control and optimization method based on ecological security pattern from the bottom line control of natural resources,and in-troduces a multi-objective dynamic planning model to measure and optimize the number of natural resource ele-ments on the basis of dividing the functional areas of ecological security pattern based on the MCR model.The results show that,from the near to the long term,the results of the optimal control of the number of study areas are more consistent with the results of the optimization zoning of ecological functions in the study area,but the current status of natural resource elements is more different than the long-term goals.In order to meet the goal of total factor control of natural resources and build a new development pattern of the research area,the research ar-ea should expand the ecological space in the future and appropriately reduce the production space and living space.
