The integration of culture and tourism is a new direction of tourism and cultural industry in the new era.However,the research results focusing on the integration of culture and tourism industry in Mindong ar-ea are rarely reported so far.Taking Mindong area as the case,the SWOT model is used to qualitatively analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of culture and tourism integration of Mindong area.On this basis,the SWOT-AHP model is constructed to quantify the strategic issues.The result shows that:the advan-tages,opportunities,disadvantages,threats are ranked from high to low.The strategic coefficient p is greater than 0.5.It is necessary to actively adopt the pioneering development strategy.It is hoped to provide valuable references for the deep integration and high-quality development of culture and tourism industry in Mindong area.
