东庄拱坝横缝开度仿真研究

高拱坝施工期混凝土浇筑、温控、接缝灌浆、拦洪渡汛是四位一体的环节,环环相扣并互相牵制,只有浇筑顶高程、冷却区顶高程、已灌区顶高程和蓄水高程协调一致,才能保证高拱坝施工按计划顺利进行。以高拱坝横缝开度为核心的方案决策暂无成功案例,而施工期横缝开度监测只能解决过去已有问题,不能预测未来,借助高拱坝横缝开度数值模拟来预测横缝开合对坝体施工的影响尤为重要。对东庄水利枢纽开展拱坝施工期横缝开度仿真分析,模拟混凝土浇筑过程、温控过程、灌浆过程和蓄水过程,从而预测拱坝施工期的应力应变状态。
Simulation Study on Transverse Joint Opening of Dongzhuang Arch Dam
During the construction period of high arch dam,concrete pouring,temperature control,joint grouting and flood holding are four integral links,interlocking and restraining each other.Only when the pouring top elevation,cooling zone top elevation,irrigated area top elevation and water storage elevation are coordinated,can the construction of high arch dam be carried out smoothly as planned.There is no successful case for the scheme decision with the transverse joint opening as the core of high arch dam,and the transverse joint opening monitoring during construction can only solve the existing problems in the past,but can not predict the future.It is particularly important to predict the influence of the transverse joint opening and closing on the dam construction by using the numerical simulation of the transverse joint opening and closing of high arch dam.The transverse joint opening of Dongzhuang Water Conservancy project is simulated to simulate the concrete pouring process,temperature control process,grouting process and water storage process,so as to predict the stress-strain state of the arch dam during the construction period.
