摘要

通过对大黑水河流防洪排水系统的现状进行调研和分析,提出优化设计方案.结果表明,通过合理规划、优化设计和科学管理,可以有效提升大黑水河流防洪排水体系的效能,为当地防洪工作提供有力支持.

Abstract

Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of flood control and drainage system of Daheishui River,the optimal design scheme is put forward.The results show that through reasonable planning,optimal design and scientific management,the efficiency of flood control and drainage system of Daheishui River can be effectively improved,which can provide strong support for local flood control work.
