基于规则的花凉亭灌区水资源优化配置

花凉亭灌区位于安徽省安庆市,是安徽省重要的大型灌区;但由于工程老化、灌溉体系不完善等原因,导致灌区水资源未能得到充分利用、供水保障程度不高。结合灌区水资源情况和未来发展规划,确定灌区水源供水规则以及用水户用水规则,建立花凉亭灌区水资源配置模型。结果表明:通过对灌区水资源的合理配置,规划水平年90%保证率下灌区水资源可满足供需平衡,年均节水量4200万m3。
Optimization of Water Resources Allocation in Hualiangting Irrigation District Based on Rules
Hualiangting irrigation district,located in Anqing city,Anhui province,is an important large-scale irrigation district in Anhui province.However,due to the aging of the project,the imperfect irrigation system and other reasons,the water resources in the irrigation area can not be fully utilized and the water supply guarantee is not high.According to the water resources situation and future development plan of the irrigation area,the water supply rules of the water source and the water user are determined,and the water resources allocation model of the flower pavilion irrigation area is established.The results show that the water resources in the irrigation area can meet the balance of supply and demand and save 42 million m3 per year under the guarantee rate of 90%at the planning level.
