Reservoir Water Quality Evaluation Based on Principal Component Analysis Method
As an important agricultural irrigation water source,reservoir also plays an important role in urban water supply and groundwater recharge.The water quality of reservoir affects agricultural production and people's life,so it is particularly important to evaluate the water quality of reservoir.In order to understand the water quality of Huangbizhuang Reservoir,seven water quality indexes were selected to evaluate and analyze the water quality of Huangbizhuang Reservoir by principal component analysis.According to the comprehensive score,the water quality of the reservoir is relatively poor in August,which is class Ⅲ,July,September and October are class Ⅱ,and the water quality of the rest months is class I,and the water quality of the reservoir is generally good.It is found that the principal component analysis method can objectively reflect the water quality of the reservoir and provide a basis for the comprehensive utilization,protection and treatment of the reservoir.
