河道大型调蓄池泥沙冲洗方案比选研究

为减轻大型调蓄池池内泥沙淤积情况,提高调蓄池的运行效率,以深圳市南川区大沙河流域调蓄池工程为例,提出真空冲洗方案、门式冲洗方案、智能喷射器方案以及水力翻斗冲洗方案四种泥沙冲洗方案.结果表明:真空冲洗方案运行费用最低,维护最简单、安全,冲洗效果最好,使用寿命最长,且工程造价在四种方案(智能喷射器方案1350万元>门式冲洗方案910万元>真空冲洗方案810万元>水力翻斗方案600万元)中相对较低,综合考虑以上各项因素,最终选择真空冲洗方案为调蓄池的泥沙冲洗方案.
Comparison and Selection of Sediment Flushing Schemes for Large River Regulation and Storage Tanks
In order to reduce the sediment deposition in the large-scale regulation and storage tank and improve the operation efficiency of the regulation and storage tank,taking the regulation and storage tank project in Dasha River Basin,Nanchuan District,Shenzhen as an example,four sediment flushing schemes are proposed:Vacuum flushing scheme,gate flushing scheme,intelligent ejector scheme and hydraulic tipper flushing scheme.The results show that the vacuum flushing scheme has the lowest operation cost,the simplest and safest maintenance,the best flushing effect and the longest service life,and the project cost is relatively low among the four schemes(Intelligent ejector scheme 13.5 million>portal flushing scheme 9.1 million>Vacuum flushing scheme 8.1 million>hydraulic tipping scheme 6 million).Considering the above comprehensive factors,the vacuum flushing scheme is finally selected as the sediment flushing scheme of the regulating and storage tank.
