为确保风电项目安全建设运营,基于项目建设概况和所经河沟情况,采用洪峰模数法、综合频率曲线法、区域洪峰模数法,在分析项目区设计洪水及对风电场影响的基础上,对项目建设对河道行洪的影响进行探讨,提出风电场项目在设防标准下,不会被洪水淹没,对项目区沟道的行洪能力、河道稳定不会产生影响,可为工程建设及编制防洪影响评价提供科学依据.
Analysis of Flood Control Impact of China Coal Hami 1 Channel 800,000 Kilowatts Wind Power Project
In order to ensure the safe construction and operation of wind power project,based on the general situation of the project construction and the situation of the river channel,the flood peak modulus method,the comprehensive frequency curve method and the regional flood peak modulus method are adopted.Based on the analysis of the design flood in the project area and its impact on the wind farm,the impact of the project construction on the flood discharge of the river is discussed.It is proposed that the wind farm project will not be submerged by flood under the fortification standard,and will not affect the flood discharge capacity and river stability of the channel in the project area,which can provide scientific basis for the construction of the project and the preparation of flood control impact assessment.
