基于改进惯性权重PSO算法的水库防洪联合调度研究

针对望谟县洪灾频发的现状,基于改进惯性权重的PSO算法,以动用新屯、纳坝水库的防洪库容最小为目标,建立了水库防洪联合调度模型.在保证水库工程安全和控制断面低于保证流量的前提下,通过防洪联合调度,两库(纳坝、新屯)库堤结合方案使望谟县城市防洪标准由现状20年一遇提高到50年一遇,50年一遇洪水削峰率约为33.7%.其中,纳坝水库50年一遇洪水的安全下泄量为23.5 m3/s,新屯水库50年一遇洪水的安全下泄量为16.5 m3/s.实例应用可为水库群防洪联合调度研究提供参考.
Research on Joint Operation of Reservoir Flood Control Based on Improved Inertia Weight PSO Algorithm
In view of the current situation of frequent floods in Wangmo County,based on the PSO algorithm with improved inertia weight,the joint operation model of reservoir flood control is established with the goal of minimizing the flood control capacity of Xintun and Naba reservoirs.On the premise of ensuring the safety of the reservoir project and the control section is lower than the guaranteed flow,through the joint operation of flood control,the combination scheme of the two reservoirs(Naba and Xintun)makes the flood control standard of Wangmo County increase from the current 20-year return period to 50-year return period,and the peak clipping rate of 50-year return period flood is about 33.7%.Among them,the safe discharge of 50-year flood in Naba Reservoir is 23.5 m3/s,and the safe discharge of 50-year flood in Xintun Reservoir is 16.5 m3/s.The application of the example can provide reference for the study of flood control joint operation of reservoir group.
