总氮量是评价水质是否被污染的一项关键指标,利用紫外分光光度法对巴里坤湖水样中的总氮含量进行分析研究,通过标准曲线的制备和样品的测定,得到巴里坤湖的总氮浓度值,并进行数据分析和结果解释,构建一个可靠的总氮测定方法,可为巴里坤湖的水质评价提供科学依据.研究最后对去除高盐含量对总氮测定值影响方法进行分析,可为巴里坤湖的水质评价提供重要的数据,同时也可为其他相关领域的水质分析提供经验和参考.
Study on the Determination of Total Nitrogen in Barkol Lake by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry
Total nitrogen is a key index to evaluate whether the water quality is polluted or not.The total nitrogen content in the water sample of Barkol Lake was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The total nitrogen concentration value of Barkol Lake was obtained by the preparation of standard curve and the determination of samples,and the data analysis and result interpretation were carried out.A reliable method for the determination of total nitrogen was constructed to provide a scientific basis for the water quality evaluation of Barkol Lake.Finally,the method of removing the influence of high salt content on the determination of total nitrogen was analyzed.It can provide important data for water quality evaluation of Barkol Lake,and also provide experience and reference for water quality analysis in other related fields.
