This paper introduces the general situation of Bailongjiang water diversion project.Through the analysis of the current situation of water shortage in the water receiving area of Yan'an City,the idea of solving the problem of water shortage,and the possibility of extending water supply from Bailongjiang water diversion project to Yan'an,the overall layout scheme of Yan'an section is drawn up.The engineering and technical scheme is reasonable,and the economic and social benefits are good.After implementation,it can lay a solid foundation for poverty alleviation and high-quality economic and social development in the old revolutionary base areas.
