Analysis of Water Supply and Demand Balance in Qianhai Irrigation Area Based on Water-saving Transformation
Irrigation in Xinjiang plays an extremely important role in ensuring food security,increasing farmers'income,alleviating rural poverty,and creating employment opportunities.However,issues such as water scarcity and environmental degradation are becoming increasingly prominent,and regional irrigation development is facing challenges.One of the focuses of current water conservancy work is to modernize and transform irrigation areas with modern concepts and scientific technology to improve irrigation water utilization and production efficiency.Based on this,this article takes the example of the water-saving renovation project of the 44 regiment backbone project in the Qianhai Irrigation District of the Third Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.By calculating the water demand of the irrigation area and conducting supply-demand balance analysis,it aims to provide theoretical support for the renovation of the irrigation area.
