Research on Spatiotemporal Matching of Water Resources in Shaanxi Province
Driven by the dual needs of socio-economic development and ecological environment protection,the problem of imbalanced supply and demand of water resources in Shaanxi Province is becoming increasingly prominent.This article uses the Lorentz curve and Gini coefficient to analyze the matching degree and changes of water resources and industrial output value in the entire province,southern Shaanxi,northern Shaanxi,and Guanzhong regions from 2004 to 2020;The matching degree between four types of water use,including domestic water,production water,ecological water,and agricultural water,and water resources was analyzed using the Theil index.The results show that the matching between water resources and industrial output value in Shaanxi Province is relatively reasonable,and the degree of matching has gradually increased in recent years;The matching between water use and water resources in daily life,production,ecology,and agriculture is not independent,and there is a certain correlation between them;The overall matching of the Guanzhong region is relatively poor compared to the southern and northern Shaanxi regions,especially in terms of production and ecology.It is necessary to further promote measures such as water-saving and rational water use,adjust the water use structure,and improve the efficiency of water resource utilization.The research results can provide reference for optimizing the allocation of water resources and coordinating the development of the three regions in Shaanxi Province.
