摘要
河湖生态与健康状况评价是河湖管理的重要内容,通过评价河湖健康状况查找河湖存在问题,剖析问题产生原因,进一步提出河湖治理和保护对策.通过梳理2014年以来常州市河湖生态与健康评价工作进展,比较两种河湖生态与健康评价指标体系,通过对比分析湟里河生态状况评价与健康评价过程、结果,剖析湟里河存在的突出问题,并提出相应的整治措施,有助于加强河湖管理保护,保障河湖资源可持续利用.
Abstract
The evaluation of river and lake ecology and health status is an important part of river and lake management.Through the evaluation of river and lake health status,the existing problems in river and lake are found,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the countermeasures for river and lake management and protection are further proposed.By reviewing the progress of ecological and health evaluation of rivers and lakes in Changzhou City since 2014,comparing the two evaluation index systems of ecological and health evaluation of rivers and lakes,analyzing the process and results of ecological status evaluation and health evaluation of Huangli River,and proposing corresponding treatment measures,this paper will help strengthen the management and protection of rivers and lakes and ensure the sustainable utilization of river and lake resources.
