Experimental Study on Consolidation Grouting in Poor Geological Section of Deep Tunnel in the Hinterland of Qinling Mountains
The surrounding rock geological and hydrogeological conditions along the deep buried water delivery tunnel in the hinterland of Qinling and Hanjiwei are relatively complex,so consolidation grouting is needed to enhance the integrity, stability and anti-seepage ability of the surrounding rock.Poor geological cave sections in the test area are selected for research, and consolidation grouting tests are designed according to the actual geological and construction conditions in this area. The construction method, grouting parameters, personnel, equipment and quality control of consolidated grouting are evaluated comprehensively, and the test parameters such as unit injection amount and grouting pressure are determined. The results show that with the increase of grouting pressure, the unit injection amount of cement in each ring sequence hole decreases continuously. No lifting phenomenon is found in lifting observation, and the permeability of pressurized water in inspection holes meets the design requirements. It shows that the consolidation grouting test has achieved good results, which can provide relevant reference for subsequent large-scale construction and similar projects.
