Experimental Study of Cement and Coarse Particle Composite Modified Silt Soil
The silt produced by the construction of the Tang River Protection Project(Southern Seawall)in Cangnan county,Wenzhou city was used as the research object, and 50%and 60%of Sanao Nuclear Power Plant coarse-grained spoil and 32.5-grade cement were mixed into it respectively for improvement, and GDS Ⅲ was used.Axis Instruments conducted indoor experiments to study the effects of coarse particles and cement content on the mechanical properties of improved soil. The results show that the cohesion of the improved soil is greatly affected by the content of coarse particles, and the maximum cohesion is 425.19 kPa;the internal friction angle is less affected by the content of coarse particles, and is affected by the cement content and curing age.Large, the maximum internal friction angle is 47.12°;the shear strength obtained by mixing 60%coarse particles and 15%cement is the highest.
